As the demolition of the massive turbine hall carries on apace, these offices at Dungeness A Power Station await their fate - I enjoy the structure's
horizontal strata-like forms as well as the red and grey colour scheme.
However, my favourite detail is the one-off random brutalist interruption of the fenestration. I'm sure "power dressing" pre-dated and continued way beyond the nineteen eighties here, more than almost anywhere else.
